The mother practice in movement

The Mother Practice is ultimately a non-dual practice.  Outward devotion to the Divine Mother is complete with the inward understanding of being one with Her.  Each movement contains mysteries and spiritual lessons that can be used for meditation and movement practice.

Each movement is an expression of a different Mahavidya. They are a contemplation which contains a subtle realization, a key, which unlocks the door to Her wisdom.  Here the movement meets the guiding wisdom that is being expressed.

The Mother Practice uncovers our innermost treasure, the oneness that is inside our hearts,
where we are completely free, loved and safe. It is from here that we develop true peace and wisdom.
